A group gathering of three to twelve persons who meet on a regular basis with a trained, commissioned, and supervised leader in order to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ as they participate in community building and care, Biblical Equipping, prayer and worship, and missional service.
Small groups make it possible for members to connect personally with others, establish strong bonds of friendships and be part of the life and mission of the congregation. The caring atmosphere that begins in small groups spreads throughout the congregation.

Theatre & Theology
Some of the best popular and fine arts productions have Christian themes and values in mind. We study about them beforehand to enhance enjoyment, and discuss it with each other to multiply the insight. Come to the class to learn, go to the dinner for community, and to the theater for laughter and song. To find out about the next opportunity contact the church office.
Family Campers
We enjoy several campouts per year. Campers provide their own equipment ranging from tents, popups, RV’s, and some even stay in nearby cabins or hotels. We try to keep campouts within a two-hour drive from Lago Vista. Our campouts begin on a Friday and end with Sunday morning worship service. Bring the whole family including your furry family members. We also enjoy several cookouts during year in Lago Vista. Contact the church office for details.
Marriage Builders
A study of Love, Sex, Marriage, and Romance: “The Bible Book of The Song of Solomon” a video workbook course by Tommy Nelson. Our next seminar starts January 2005. We meet monthly on a “date night” (Friday) covered dish dinners are shared and childcare is provided. To signup contact the church office.
The Volunteer Resources Ministry
Find needs and meet them with people who heed the call to serve. Help people discover their spiritual gifts, even their mission in life. Inspire the Body of Christ to stay fit and healthy. Contact the church office for details.
Soul Food
Come enjoy great food and fellowship. The group will meet the third Friday of each month to prepare and share a meal. This group is for people who like cooking, eating, fellowship, and God’s word. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall kitchen. Contact Judy Geddes through the church office for more information.

If you enjoy cooking to raise funds to further Gods work…this group is for you.

If you are looking for a warm loving place to laugh, cry, share your thoughts, or just have an ear to listen, this may be the group for you! The group meets every two weeks for prayer, support and a light dinner. Pickup a flyer from the information board or contact the church office.
